Well the trip was a success! The bowl game was so much fun! Way tense, but completely worth the drive down. Including the scary hotel in Mesquite that had one whole wall as a mirror. I'm so proud of the Utes for ending this season on such a high note! 9-4! And with next year being Johnson's and Sakoda's Senior year, it is definitely something I am already looking forward to.
After the game Marianne and I stayed around for awhile and were lucky enough to get a pic with the big man himself! We were excited!

Friday we left San Diego and spent the morning enjoying the beach. It was cold, but it's the beach! Then we went up to L.A. that night to see "Wicked." It was amazing. I am so glad I finally got to see it. It all makes sense now! There is only so much you can follow by the music.

We decided against going to Disneyland for various reasons. However I am now mad we didn't seeing that we spent 13 hours in the car because of stupid people going to Vegas! It would have been much more worth our time had we spent the day in Disneyland and driven all night. But oh well! We still had a good time. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!
